About Linda
Have you ever navigated an organizational change that was so poorly managed that you said "that's it! I'm outta here!" I have. And that's why I've committed my career to helping companies do better to keep their people informed, engaged, and excited—and let's face it, just to KEEP THEIR PEOPLE!
AS A FRACTIONAL COMMUNICATIONS PARTNER, I:
● Help Leaders Inform, Engage, & Align their People
● Build Powerful Cultures and Brands
● Lead Teams to Smoothly Navigate Change
● Drive Team Loyalty in Moments that Matter...
As a fractional corporate communications partner, I help business leaders, VCs, private equity firms, and their portfolio companies solve communication and culture challenges in the Moments that Matter™ - focusing on critical people-facing communications & culture work during M&A Integrations.
WHAT ARE MOMENTS THAT MATTER?
They include mergers, acquisitions, reorgs/restructuring, leadership changes, turnarounds, business process redesigns, technology implementations, and workforce reductions.
I am a seasoned communications professional based in Brookfield, IL. I live with a furry family of five -- including an agility dog and a tree-climbing cat who specializes in out-of-the-box experiences.
With over 30 years of professional communications experience, I have established myself as a strategic problem solver and architect of powerful corporate brands, cultures, and change initiatives.
I hold a Master's degree in Integrated Marketing Communications and have worked with various organizations to develop and implement compelling brand and communication strategies. My expertise spans change management, employee communications, public relations, marketing communications, executive positioning, and corporate social responsibility.
Currently, I work as a fractional communications leader, partnering with business leaders and CHROs at mid-sized firms to provide corporate communications planning and support for critical initiatives such as M&A integrations. My work focuses on culture development, employment branding, executive messaging, and successfully navigating disruptive organizational changes.
Previously, I served as the Associate Vice President of Communications and Culture at the Federal Reserve Financial Services in Chicago. In this role, I led a talented team of communication professionals in managing internal communications and culture-building strategies for a national business line. I also spent over two decades leading brand marketing, internal communications, philanthropy, and corporate social responsibility for many industry-leading firms.
Whether building powerful external brands or internal cultures where people care about the company and each other, the common thread is my passion for creating powerful campaigns that solve problems, achieve strategic business objectives, and build high-performance cultures and corporate identities based on integrity, resilience, innovation, and a passion for results.
