Kimberly Kolb is an experienced global human resources executive and leadership advisor who has spent her career helping leaders and organizations navigate the realities of working in complex organizations. Most recently, she served as Chief Human Resources Officer of Sphera, a global software company. She has since founded her own company and is focused on Leadership Advisory, partnering with highly effective leaders who want to expand their impact.
Kimberly brings practical experience, personal stories and real-world examples to her presentations, translating leadership and workplace concepts into ideas people can use. Over the years, she has spoken to a variety of nonprofit, educational and community audiences, including Girl Scout troop leaders and International Baccalaureate high school students. Her presentations are practical and engaging, with an emphasis on giving people ideas and tools they can apply in their own lives and work.
