Jerilyn Willin is a leadership development consultant and career strategies coach with over 25 years experience in the field of performance and organizational development. Transitioning from a career as a psychotherapist, Jerilyn worked as an internal consultant for a decade before following the call of her entrepreneurial spirit and founded JWillin Consulting, Intl.

She has partnered with a variety of organizations, from not-for-profit agencies to Fortune 500 companies. Her clients include individuals and organizations in banking, retail, manufacturing, healthcare, quick service restaurants, and nuclear power. Jerilyn’s work has taken her all over the United States as well as to Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Australia and New Zealand.

Jerilyn has authored two books: Deep, Deeper, Deeper Still (with Wendy Warden),is a guided journey for people who journal designed to take the “journaler” beyond the obvious into greater depths of their life experience. Her second book, a novel. Unless A Love Be Free is a story of redemption through love and self-acceptance.

Speaking to groups is a particular joy. Jerilyn presents to numerous associations and organizations each year. Examples include the MS Society of Chicago, TOPS, Windy City Writer’s, National Association of Women Business Owners, the Midwest Society of Professional Consultants and various Chambers, Rotaries, and chapters of IAAP.

Jerilyn holds two Master of Science degrees - Counseling Psychology (George Williams College) and Human Resources/Industrial Relations (Loyola University of Chicago).
