About Jennifer
At age 17, Jennifer Davis became the co-Founder of Davisware, alongside of her now husband, Dan. That business was at the epicenter of technology transformations in thousands of field services businesses during her 30+ years in the technology business, where Jennifer led the industries, they served with thought leadership on scaling a business, technology, and culture. Jennifer recently stepped down as CEO, to found her next passion, BExponential, LLC. There, she has created a framework of success for her growth-minded community to create success without sacrificing joy. BExponential is a series of tools for holistic success, created within a growth-minded community that supports its members to reach their personal and professional goals in unison. Living exponentially means creating holistic success without sacrificing joy. Entrepreneurs, business leaders, families, mom-prenuers, those newly entering the workforce and those aspiring to achieve these titles are drawn to the community for infrastructure and support on their own journeys.
Jennifer’s journey embodies success without sacrifice as business success is just one page of Jennifer’s story. She grew up both professionally and personally, during the course of her career, adding ten kids to her vast professional responsibilities. Outside of a demanding work and home schedule, Jennifer has been a passionate community servant and coach, having served on numerous boards while coaching nearly 100 youth sports teams and thousands of athletes throughout her coaching career. Her servant’s heart has been taken globally, serving as the treasurer of the board of directors of United Nations for Woman USA.
Finally, leading Davisware through the pandemic prompted her to share her journey in the release of her first book. Aptly titled, Living Exponentially in Life and Business, which became an Amazon best-seller in just 12 days.
Personal and professionally, Jennifer embodies exponential living by fulfilling her passion in helping others do the same.
