About Jeff
With more than two decades of experience in communications coaching, sales, management, engineering, training, and consulting, Jeff Hornstein has worked directly with over 13,000 clients helping them achieve greater impact and influence by developing their leadership presence through powerful spoken business communication. Jeff works with clients one-on-one, in small and larger groups. Almost all engagements involve very interactive coaching that employs extensive amounts of video-recorded practice paired with real-time feedback. Clients walk away feeling more confident when dealing with all communication situations: conveying stronger leadership presence, communicating greater credibility, and producing more results with less effort.
An entrepreneur who built his business to a thriving national training organization serving clients such as Allstate Financial, American Academy of Pediatrics, Baxter Healthcare, CME Group, Exelon Nuclear, Gallup Consulting, McGraw-Hill, Oracle, Spencer Stuart, Symphony IRI Group, and the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, where Jeff and his team have worked with more than 1000 MBA students. Jeff combines analytics and creativity to give each client a highly effective training/coaching experience.
Jeff has a BS in Industrial Technology from Illinois State University and a Masters level certificate in Organization Development from Benedictine University. He has also has spent the past 20 years steeped in various forms of transformational education.
Jeff and his wife, Kathleen, have 4 children and live in the suburbs of Chicago. Additionally, he serves on the board of directors for the BHARE foundation - a non-profit organization committed to funding autism research and education.
