About Haris
Haris Ahmed is the Founder and CEO of Pragmatium Consulting Group Inc., a management consulting firm that works with leaders of organizations on change and leadership. He has about 20 years of experience as an organizational change expert and executive coach. He has advised many companies through significant transformations. Haris is also an experienced facilitator and has led numerous leadership workshops and team-building sessions. He has personally coached over 100 leaders in various sectors: public and private corporations, not-for-profits, and the federal sector.
Haris has long standing advisory relationships with a number CEOs and business leaders across different industries. He is a Strategic Partner of Sensei International, a global leadership consultancy, and PRITCHETT, LP, a premier merger integration firm. Prior to establishing his consulting business, Haris was a Principal with Oliver Wyman Delta, a global management consulting firm, consulting with C-level leaders on strategic change and leadership. Before Oliver Wyman Delta, he was a Senior Consultant with Hewitt Associates leading consulting interventions in organizational change and human capital effectiveness. He has also worked as a Consultant for Watson Wyatt Worldwide in their Organization Effectiveness practice and for PricewaterhouseCoopers in their Management Consulting practice.

Haris is an active community leader and serves on the Board of a number of not-for-profit organizations. In addition, he serves on a Business Advisory Group for the Governor of the State of Illinois. He speaks regularly and has been a guest lecturer at the University of Notre Dame on the topics of change and leadership.
Haris has an MBA (cum laude) from the University of Notre Dame with a focus on strategy and leadership and a BA in economics and politics from NYU. He has completed advanced leadership certifications including: Executive Integral Leadership (EIL) and Vital Leadership Advantage (VLA).
