Daniel Baltazar is a real estate entrepreneur and co-founder of Baltazar Rentals, a family-operated real estate investment and property management business in Illinois. After spending nearly a decade working as a professional skydiver, Daniel transitioned into real estate investing, building a portfolio of residential rental properties and developing a business focused on acquiring, renovating, and managing homes.
Despite never having held a traditional job paying more than $35,000 annually, Daniel learned how to use relationships, creative financing, and private capital to grow his business. Today, he shares the lessons he has learned about building trust, overcoming self-doubt, taking calculated risks, and communicating business opportunities through his BOSS Framework.
