BridgeWork is the brainchild of Anthony Bolden and Charles Cammack, whose combined passion and extensive experience in nonprofit and educational leadership form the cornerstone of our mission and operations. With over 20 years of collective experience, they bring a unique blend of insight and dedication to fostering emerging talent.
Anthony Bolden, co-founder, brings a wealth of leadership and strategic planning skills from his tenure as a nonprofit CEO. His vision for BridgeWork was initially inspired by a desire to support first-generation professionals, ensuring they receive the comprehensive training and mentorship needed to successfully navigate the early stages of their careers. At BridgeWork, Anthony leads business development, strategy, and operational management, driving the company toward its ambitious goals.
Charles Cammack, co-founder, complements the leadership team with his deep expertise in curriculum development and educational resources, honed through years of significant contributions to the higher education sector. Charles's involvement transformed the initial concept into a broader vision, expanding BridgeWork's impact to encompass early career
employees and their employers, intending to reshape workplace norms.
Together, Anthony and Charles have pivoted from the idea of a nonprofit to establish BridgeWork as a pioneering early career performance development firm. Their shared belief in the untapped potential of emerging professionals fuels their commitment to championing the development of entry-level staff and leaders, setting a new standard for workplace excellence across the globe.

What if employee engagement isn’t about perks or productivity but about authentic investment? In this interactive session, we walk through the BridgeWork Framework to explore how people-centered workplaces are built when employees feel seen, supported, and connected to purpose. Participants will reflect on what they carry into the workplace, both personally and professionally, and how that shapes their contributions. Together, we’ll examine what it means to invest in work at a shallow or deep level and offer practical tools for building cultures where people thrive. Whether you’re leading a team or just finding your footing, this talk offers a fresh path forward that connects who we are with how we work.
Dr. Shirzad Chamine’s groundbreaking research introduces the concept of “Saboteurs”—internal voices that once helped us navigate real and perceived threats in childhood. While these mental patterns originally served as protection, they often persist into adulthood, operating as unseen forces that shape how we think, feel, and respond.
Over time, these Saboteurs become embedded in our neural pathways, creating automatic reactions that can “hijack” our behavior in moments of stress or challenge.
In this session, your team will learn to recognize and understand these patterns, identify their own Saboteurs, and develop practical strategies to build greater self-awareness. The goal is simple but powerful: to help individuals show up as assets rather than obstacles to their teams and the broader mission.
By equipping your people with this insight, your organization takes a meaningful step toward becoming more people-centered—grounded in self-awareness, stronger collaboration, and more intentional impact.
