About Betsy Voyles

Betsy did her undergraduate work at Indiana University and received her BS and MS in Physical Therapy from Washington University School of Medicine. She was a senior physical therapist and spine specialist at the Chicago Institute of Neurosurgery and Neuroresearch from 1990 to 1999. In 1993 she developed the "Back in the Swing"℠ golf injury prevention and wellness program. Since then she has been featured in "The Wall Street Journal," "Forbes Magazine," "The Washington Post," "Better Homes and Gardens," "The Chicago Tribune" and other publications.

She has been a consultant for golf fitness products that have been endorsed by the European PGA. She was an instructor from 1996-2001 with the Body Balance for Performance® golf seminars (renamed FitGolf Performance Centers) and serves on their national advisory board. She currently writes the golf fitness column for "GolfTime Magazine".

Betsy is a Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Certified Golf Fitness Instructor: Level 3 Medical Professional and Level 2 Junior Coach. She is also a Certified Golf Biomechanic through the CHEK Institute.
