Handling Change In The Workspace

It’s going to happen, change is inevitable. Change also leads to the expansion of ideas and progressions. How you choose to handle it with your team will directly affect how effective it is. Not everyone is comfortable with change. It can make someone feel as if they won’t be able to learn or succeed with the new changes. In this presentation I will cover the various signs of struggle amongst individuals, how you can get your team excited, and what you can do to set yourself up for success during these times.
