  • The Art of Jin Shin Jyutsu

    TOPIC CATEGORY: Health & Fitness

In May 2015 I had a stage four aneurysm stroke that should've killed me. Only 10% of people survive a stroke like this one and if they do they have severe physical and/or mental deficits. I have no deficits of any kind.

    Zero. MORE >

I attribute my phenomenal well-being to this beautiful art I've been using as a practitioner and for self-help, for the last seventeen years.

Jin Shin Jyutsu (Pronounced Gin Shin Jit-sue) is a hands on approach for health and emotional well-being. Jin Shin Jyutsu is a profound and disarmingly simple way of tapping into the existing wisdom of the body for the purpose of bringing harmony to our whole being.

Jin Shin Jyutsu has a level of complexity that can help with even the most serious of health challenges. At the same time it has a wonderful simplicity and accessibility for the novice interested in applying self-care.

By balancing the flow of life energy in the body we are reminded that we are not separate from nature. We are nature. A deep pulse of perfect harmony is always present within each of us and is part of our divine blueprint. This pulse exists at the deepest level of our being even during times of illness or discomfort. Jin Shin Jyutsu accesses this deep pulse and brings us back into balance.

  • If Not Now, When?

    TOPIC CATEGORY: Self Improvement

Live long enough and you get smarter…smart enough to know things can go disastrously wrong.

    No wonder we’re so timid.

Here’s the thing though, playing it safe steals our passion, blunts true meaning and kills joy. When we get too ‘safe’ life goes flat and flavorless, and we wonder why. MORE >

We start to think we’ve lost our courage and without courage we’ll never be who we ought to be, who we know we can be.

I hear it again and again from clients of every age: “If I don’t do it now I’m afraid I never will.”

    “If not now, when?”

Your time isn’t gone. It doesn’t matter how defeated you feel, how old you are, or how far off track you’ve wandered…there’s still time.

I’ve learned it’s what lights us up that moves us and that fear only keeps us small and unfulfilled. I know about challenge, hardship and paralyzing fear. I’ve been there and back again. I’ve also known soaring joy.

    Joy is better.

My story will inspire you, especially those who are afraid they’re running out of time, because I ran out of time and yet, even then, it turned out it wasn’t too late.

It doesn’t matter where you are in life, it doesn’t matter if you have all the time in the world or just a few weeks, because when we take on heart-felt challenges, challenges you can find and embrace in a single morning, you can change your life in that moment and in ways you never imagined.
